What we collect through this website, and what we do with it.
The Caldwell Collection at Mustang Field, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit museum in El Reno, Oklahoma. This page explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
What you send us
When you fill out a form on this site (contact, group tour, volunteer, event RSVP, aircraft donation or loan, or the newsletter signup), we receive what you enter: usually your name, email address, and phone number, plus your message and any details the form asks for.
We use it only to reply to you, to arrange what you asked about, and, if you signed up for the newsletter, to send you museum news. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the museum except the services that run this website.
Services that handle it
The website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and delivers them to the museum by email. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Submissions are kept only as long as we need them to follow up, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
What we don’t do
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A few pages load content from other companies: page fonts come from Google Fonts, the map on the Visit page is a Google Maps embed, and videos come from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Those companies may receive your browser’s IP address when that content loads.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete information you’ve sent us, or to stop receiving the newsletter, email info@thecaldwellcollection.org or use the contact form. Every newsletter also includes a way to unsubscribe.
